Use this recipe to make all kinds of soup with the Fish and Soy Base.
1/4 lb. beef slices
1 tbs. vegetable oil
1 tbs. Fish and Soy Sauce
5-6 cups water
In a pot, stir fry the beef slices in heated vegetable oil. Add 5 to 6 cups of water and boil 15 minutes, cover the pot and turn the heat to low. Add one table spoon of Fish & Soy sauce. To make it spicy, add bean sprouts, green onions and a tablespoon of Mommy's Magic Sauce.
To make different soup variations, try adding the following ingredients:
Won-ton and vegetables for won-ton soup
Sea weed soup
Chicken and vegetable soup
This soup base may also be used to make Stir-fry vegetable, sea food and all different kinds of meat.
