Poke Bowl

Serves 2 people  |  20 minutes

Ingredients

1 cup cooked white rice
1 cup fish — ¼ cubed slices of yellowtail, red snapper, tuna, salmon roe
¼ cup roughly chopped lettuce
½ green onion, roughly chopped
½ avocado, rough chop ¼ inch pieces
½ serrano pepper, thinly sliced
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp Mommy Sauce’s Fish Soy Base
¼ cup Mommy Sauce’s Magic Sauce
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tsp honey mustard
½ tsp wasabi

Directions

  Add Mommy Sauce’s Fish Soy Base and sesame seeds to white rice and mix.
  To rice mix, add avocado, serrano pepper slices, and green onion.
  In a separate bowl create your poke sauce: mix together mayonnaise, honey mustard, wasabi and Mommy Sauce’s Magic Sauce.
  Thoroughly mix all ingredients and serve on top of a bowl of rice.
